Our rental process is easy and straight forward.
- Rental application (available on website)
- Credit check ($50.00 non-refundable)
- Verify employment/income
- First and last months rent plus security deposit. (some landlords will work with you)
- Move - in/out reports offering a clear picture of the property's condition.
- All properties are non-smoking.
- Pets are at the owners discretion. Additional deposit may be required.
Tenants will have the ability to pay rent online and submit maintenance request online.
